Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Prepare the cake batter, according to box directions.

Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling ⅔ full.

Bake, according to the directions, about 16-20 minutes.

Allow the cupcakes to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, for 1-2 minutes.

Add vanilla, and powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until well combined.

Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring, and mix until incorporated.

Add the frosting to a piping bag with a 1M start tip, and pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.

Top each cupcake with a jumbo heart sprinkle.
