Ingredients

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat on 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
  3. Add the rice Krispie cereal, mini marshmallows, and half of the chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Once the chocolate and peanut butter mixture have cooled, pour into the mixing bowl.
  5. Toss everything together until the ingredients are well coated and the chocolate is evenly distributed.
  6. Drop this mixture by large spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  7. Move the cookies to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
  8. Makes 24 cookies

You can make this recipe vegan by choosing all vegan products.
