Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of wavy potato chips
  • 10 ounces white melting chocolate
  • 1 ounce blue melting chocolate
  • 1 ounce red melting chocolate
  • Red white, and blue sprinkle mix

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate
  2. Place the white melting chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Dip the Chips
  4. Dip each potato chip halfway or fully into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to lift the chip out, gently tap off any excess, and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Let Them Set
  6. Allow the dipped chips to sit at room temperature so the chocolate can start to harden.
  7. Melt the Colored Chocolate
  8. In separate bowls, melt the red and blue chocolate melts in 30-second increments until smooth.
  9. Prepare for Drizzling
  10. Pour each color into its own piping bag. Tie the ends and cut a small hole at the tip.
  11. Decorate
  12. Drizzle the red and blue chocolate in a zig-zag pattern over the dipped chips.
  13. Add Sprinkles
  14. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the red, white, and blue mix over the chips.
  15. Let Them Dry
  16. Allow the chips to fully set at room temperature before serving.
  17. Serve and Enjoy!
