Ingredients
2- 8ozcontainers of cool whip
3/4cup milk
1tsppeppermint extract
3.4ozpackage of vanilla pudding mix
1tore bought chocolate pie crust
1/3cupcrushed peppermints
1/3cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl add 1 - 8 oz container of cool whip, milk, peppermint extract and vanilla pudding. Beat using a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes for it to thicken up. Pour into the pie crust and carefully spread around. 2. Take the second container of cool whip and add a little over half of the cool whip to the top of the pie, carefully spread around evenly. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint on top and the chocolate chips. 3. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. slice and serve!
