Peppermint Pudding Pie

This Peppermint Pudding Pie is the perfect no bake dessert to brighten up any table. A silky blend of vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and refreshing peppermint extract creates a light, fluffy filling that melts in your mouth. Nestled inside a chocolate cookie crust and sprinkled with crushed peppermints and mini chocolate chips, each slice has just the right balance of sweet, minty, and chocolatey goodness. Ingredients

  • 2- 8 oz containers of cool whip
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3.4 oz package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tore bought chocolate pie crust
  • 1/3 cup crushed peppermints
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add 1 - 8 oz container of cool whip, milk, peppermint extract and vanilla pudding. Beat using a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes for it to thicken up. Pour into the pie crust and carefully spread around. 2. Take the second container of cool whip and add a little over half of the cool whip to the top of the pie, carefully spread around evenly. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint on top and the chocolate chips. 3. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. slice and serve!
