Ingredients

2 (8 oz) containers of Cool Whip, thawed (divided)

3/4 cup milk

1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla pudding mix

1 chocolate store-bought pie crust

1/3 cup crushed peppermints

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Make the filling:
In a large bowl, add one 8-oz container of Cool Whip, the milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla pudding mix. Beat with a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Pour into the pie crust and gently spread it out evenly.

Add the topping:
Take the second container of Cool Whip and spread a little over half of it across the top of the pie. Smooth it out carefully. Sprinkle crushed peppermints and mini chocolate chips over the top.

Chill and serve:
Place the pie in the fridge for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. Slice and serve!

- 1/3 cup crushed peppermints
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Pour into the pie crust and carefully spread around. 2. Take the second container of cool whip and add a little over half of the cool whip to the top of the pie, carefully spread around evenly. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint on top and the chocolate chips. 3. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. slice and serve!
