In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and pinch of salt for 30 seconds.

Stir well, and continue microwaving for 30 second increments, stirring well between, until chocolate is melted and everything is well combined.

Line a square baking dish with parchment.

Pour the fudge mixture into the square dish, and smooth out evenly.

Sprinkle with sprinkles, and move to the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours.
