Touring model homes is a great way to get some decoration inspiration. Last weekend we toured two model homes and today I am sharing how they are decorated. This home had some lovely earth-toned inspiration!
Simple Office decor idea!
There is an awesome large courtyard in the middle of the house where all the doors slide completely open.
A cozy outdoor area on the veranda.
Here is a fun green and white office with striped wallpaper.
Everything in this home had a warm earth-toned pallet.
There was a stripe theme throughout the rooms. Here is a girl’s room where the green is tied in with some pink and white.
This room would look so cute for a little girl.
This was a modern guest room with more green accents.
Model Home Kitchen!
As you can see the green is even tied into the kitchen. The nice thing is if you got sick of the green you could easily switch out a few pillows and chairs for a completely different color theme.
Beach Home Decor Theme
The second house we toured had more of a beach theme. Lots of blue, white, and natural wood tones.
The whitewash on this dining room table really gives off that beach theme.
The open floor plan was amazing. There was a really nice flow from room to room.
The main colors throughout this home were teal and coral orange color.
With lots of natural wood and stone accents.
The indoor-outdoor feel is amazing in this home.
I love the portal mirrors in this room, they would look awesome in any beach theme house.

All the tiles in the bathrooms were unique.
This surf room was so cute.
They used surfboards to make a simple yet unique headboard.
